Dan, that would be Leon Lett, who got a little cocky, thinking he was going to return a fumble for a touchdown. Mr. Don Bebe of the Bufallo Bills had another idea, though, and the picture is of him knocking the ball out of Lett's hand on the 6 inch line. Rather than a touchdown and six points, America's team gave up a touchback.
Didn't really matter, because they were still playing the Bufallo Bills.
